The current challenging situation of Afghanistan is encountered both men and women with a lot of obstacles and challenges which have negatively impacted their lives. One of those obstacles is mental health challenges. Based on our experience we have seen a large number of people specially women suffer from mental health and psychosocial issues due to the imposed restriction by the de facto authorities.
